Lott Implement Inc. was founded over 50 years ago by Thomas Jefferson Lott, and has been a family owned and operated business since. Because of this our company prides ourselves on hard work, customer service, and fast accurate labor.

Jeff Lott
owner
Although retired Jeff will still be in and out of the store frequently. Jeff has worked at Lott Implement since high school in some way. He retired in March 2025.

Started working at Lott Implement In April of 2016. Spent most of that time in the office as office manger and has moved to the parts, wholegood, and store manger with the retirement of Jeff
Tom Hale
Parts Manager

Tom started working at Lott Implement June of 2022, and has brought along a wide variety of skills and knowledge from several backgrounds. Including semis, trailers, seeding, and application.
Travis Myers
Shop Foreman

Travis started working at Lott Implement October of 2009 as a technician, and has since moved up to our shop foreman. Travis has completed the AGCO training program and continues growing his knowledge through continued classes/trainings.
Brandon Nisbeth
Technician
Started working at Lott Implement in November of 2021. Brandon Has been working hard on building on his knowledge of machines by taking training courses. He learns quickly and works hard to build a strong customer connection.

Kenny is our newest employee starting in April of 2025. Kenny will be taking care of all of our A/P, and A/R accounts going forward as well as a long list of other tasks.
